It is developed by the foreign investor Yunnan Province Company Co., Ltd and joint venture with Krittaphong Group in order to establish North Nong Chan Development & Commercial Center Company Co., Ltd, which is designed by Singapore SCP Consultants Pte.Ltd
This complex include shopping mall, boutique merchandise, cinema, office building, 4-star hotel, premium clubs ,and high-end apartment. It occupies an total area of 80 Acres.
Located right next to landmarks such as the Patuxay, the morning market (talat sao) and the prime minister’s office, this mall has been since its opening a huge success with many events using its venue space such as the Vegan Festival.
